This is how I 'might' rank them though there maybe changes though I'm very sure about my number one choice.

1) The Avengers
2) Captain America: The First Avenger
3) Iron Man
4) Iron Man 3
5) Thor
6) The Incredible Hulk
7) Iron Man 2

I'd rate them as such - -

The Avengers
The Incredible Hulk
Captain America: The First Avenger
Iron Man
Iron Man II
Thor
The Hulk
(I haven't seen Iron Man III yet, so I can't in good conscience put it on my list)

I've only seen Iron Man and The Avengers. I liked both, but I think I liked Iron Man a little bit more. It was a nice simple story.

Those are all movies about Marvel characters, but most of them are not part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. All of the movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe literally take place in the same world. Spiderman and the Fantastic Four don't even exist in the world in which The Avengers takes place (as far as we know).

The new Amazing Spiderman reboot could have been counted, as originally, Stark Towers was supposed to have been originally seen in the background. But for some reason, they nixed that idea.

I liked the Spiderman films with Tobey Maguire, The Avengers and the Iron Man films (especially #3).
