At the moment I have been in conflict with my family a lot. I have decided to be nicer to my family from now on and instead save up all my aggression for strangers/people outside the family.

I am muscular at the moment and have had some experience fighting. More to the point why might it be more risky or dangerous being in conflict with strangers than my own family?

How about joining a boxing club or starting a martial art, even MMA?

Happiness does not come from having a target to attack. Which is why I have suggested the above.

If you start fighting with people on the street it is highly likely that you will be hurt, possibly stabbed, and arrested.

Yes.

It will certainly have only negative consequences. You could get in trouble with the law, which could pretty much destroy your life. You could get injured.

I think you can join the gym or go swimming regularly instead. I'm sure you'll get some physical and mental satisfaction from those activities.
