I've recently been diagnosed with high-functioning autism and I am looking for help when it comes to my love life so i'll start by telling you more about myself.

I'm 23, I live in the UK and I've had 3 "successful" relationships. My first was a girl I knew from school. My second was a girl I met while playing world of warcraft and the third I met at a youth program event in my area.

What I have learn't from my past experiences with relationships and rejections is that I don't generally click with people if not for exceptional circumstances. Of course my first I knew from school and she sought me out. My second I believe I felt comfortable with because of the computer screens between us and the third glued herself onto me as soon as we met so it didn't take much effort on my part.

I'm currently volunteering at a cafe where there's a nice girl and I came home today feeling so depressed that I have so much trouble with simple things like communication. I almost feel like I can't actively do anything to help my situation ether. I'd like to get to know her more but she's always so busy and I don't even know how old she is. I feel like I might make myself look like an idiot by trying to find out more about her or worse get in the way of her work. The worst part is I'm only there 1 day a week, at least she remembers my name though.

Really I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for me or any ways I could try and improve my situation. Even ideas for meeting more people or overcoming this connection issue I seem to have. I'm willing to answer any questions too as I understand I'm being a bit vague and relationship advice may as well be rocket science considering the complexity
