I love the way stewed peas "pop" when you put 'em in your mouth and chew

i'll try not to think of pus-filled pimples when I eat stewed peas. and mushrooms are like eating pieces of rubber.

I love smooth, mooshy and crunchy, i HATE chewy, grainy and thick.

On the other hand, I love crunchy textures;crispy bacon,water chestnuts....anything like that.

I like all/most fruit, but I dislike cherries due to their texture.

I dislike food with a "squidgy" texture, like cheese. At least that's the texture I think cheese has -- I've refused to try it for years.

I like foods with a crunchy texture and often cook things until they are semi-burnt because that's how I like them best. Crunchy, slightly burnt chips are yum!

I can't stand too crunchy food, like crisps, apples or honeycomb in my mouth. Crispy biscuits make my teeth 'quake' as well.

However, I love the texture of gooey, soft things in my mouth, like marshmallows and brownies. Anything smooth on my teeth and tongues is in my good books.

Peas and corn. You couldn't pay me to touch it.

there is a curious something about corn, in that when I eat it, it has a nasty tendency to get sucked up into my sinuses for some odd reason, and it will send me into a paroxysm of coughing until I end up sneezing it out of my nose. I remember once that happened to me in a cafeteria, and when the moment came, everybody's eyes were on the trajectory of the kernel of corn as it launched forth from my nostril, flew through the air and landed into the poor fella's plate who had the bad luck to sit across from me. I remember his eyes as he saw the corn land in his mashed potatoes, and he just got up and klumphed away in disgust. I resisted the urge to finish his plate.

I like soft jelly/gummy foods, especially mochi and candies. I also like dry crunchy foods, like friend chicken skin and potato chips.

I dislike wet crunchy foods (mostly plants, except crisp apples), squeaky foods (also mostly plants, sometimes cheese), and gritty foods. I also dislike soup with chunks in it, noodles can be ok though.

I agree with Aunt Blabby, I think the texture and taste of olives are disgusting. Eww.

I loooooove the texture of a fresh croissant, it's like eating a cloud.

Worst texture ever: any vegetable or salad dish swimming in oil and vineagre. Also, over cooked slimy pasta D;.
