alot of ladies have told me I don't look 30 at all.
alot of times there are very surprise. they go ''wow you don't look 30 at all''

I am holding three fingers up on my hand, that what place I got in my age group (5k)

does looking younger than your real age, help with the ladies or not.

I'm 62 next week and people still underestimate my age by several years. Looking at your picture, you look to be about thirty or so to me - not older, but not too much younger either.
BUT...it is very common for people on the spectrum to somehow project an image that is younger than their actual age. I seriously believe we mature in a different manner that is picked up subconsciously by NTs.
Does looking younger help with the ladies? Depends on what the lady is looking for. A lot of the signaling that goes on between 'possibly interested parties' is sub-conscious - they don't really know themselves. They just sort of know what they like, and they know when it 'clicks'.

I can't tell from your profile pic and that pic you put up, they are to small.

Aspies may not age as much as NTs because lack of facial expression, so less wrinkles.

I started a new job at 30 and one of the Women there asked me if it was my first job from school, she though I was 16.

People used to knock on my door of my own house and ask to speak to my Mum.

clean shaven and kept and unshaven and unkept.

I use to grow my beard out, and have long bushy hair and look like a druggie, a bum, or a ''islamic terrorist''
no wonder ladies didn't date me back then. LOL.

I like that unshaven, bushy hair look but that look isn't too popular with the ladies, so now I keep
myself clean shaven, hair cut, or if I have a beard I keep it short. or just a goatee

I think you look about the age of what you say the photos are.

well, 20-24 year old women I talk to, don't think I look 30. I think I look 29. lol

yeah I'd say 29 rather than 30.
