yeah man, but everyone has been, just take in your stride say something like "i only accepted out of sympathy" or just ignore it

Yes. In 11th grade, someone asked me out on a $10 bet. But I knew this person liked someone else and when I questioned them, they admitted they were dared to do it. I told them to go to hell and walked away.
