So this guy has filed over 100 motions, many of which are somewhat bizarre.

At first I thought this guy was absolutely insane, but now I am beginning to think he is either trying to get off by using the insanity defense or is trying to bog down the legal process so much that he never has to finish the trial.

Your thoughts?

I am thinking the 2nd one.

Seems to me that he is just lodging as many motions as possible just to slow things down.
