With a small number of exceptions (mostly people who have their name included as part of their username), I will still imagine that they are defined by their choice of name and avatar here, even after they post their pictures or real names.
This goes double for people who do not change their avatar for long periods of time, and even applies to me.
Yeah, it's exactly the same for me.
I even first get startled when I see 'my' avatar go with someone else's post and have to check the user name twice!
I hate my the name I was baptized so I had a name I like added officially two years ago. But even so, I still identify stronger as Skilpadde
