So I was very hungry. So far I've had vegetarian chili, a gluten free toaster pastry, tea, one peach ring candy and hot tea. I made some hot chocolate and it had microwave directions. So I added the milk and when it came out of the microwave it was basically chocolate milk. I drank it anyway. Does it sound like I will gain weight from eating all this? I'm not going to eat until I have dinner and I've been good about portion control.

multiply your weight in pound by 12. that's how many calories you need per day without exercise to maintain your current weight. add up all the calories you eat during the day. if they are more than your weight times 12, you will probably gain weight. less and you will lose.
