For some reason, I regard Suteki Da Ne as my favourite song. I don't know why though... It must be because it's Japanese. :P

I also have a liking for the Cerberus battle music in DMC3.

I can't believe I forgot to mention the Romani Ranch music! The first time I heard that music, I cried because I was sad that all the cute little chicks were going to be killed by Moon...

Rena's Theme from Star Ocean 2 tends to be one of my constant favorite songs. It has an air of mystery, melancholy, and yet hope all at the same time.

Damn, if we're talking songs with lyrics...

My interests aren't exactly pop-music. Here are all the non-video-game-music ones or non-tv-theme-tune ones.

We Are The Champions, We Will Rock You, Bohemian Rhapsody and Another One Bites the Dust by Queen

Paint it Black by the Rolling Stones

This Vicious Cabaret, arranged by David J from lyrics by Alan Moore (it's from the comic version of V for Vendetta)

Journey of the Sorcerer, by The Eagles (okay, I cheated there, I loved it because it was the Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy theme)

TV and Movie Themes:

Doctor Who and The Prisoner, by Ron Grainer (he was an Aussie, and my grandmother's brother knew him well)

The Cruel Angel's Thesis, from Neon Genesis Evangelion, performed by Yoko Takahashi

It's Cold Outside, or the Red Dwarf theme, and the Blackadder theme by Howard Goodall

Liberty Bell, the Monty Python's Flying Circus theme.

The League of Gentlemen theme, performed by Joby Talbot.

The Indiana Jones theme, by John Williams.

He's A Pirate from Pirates of the Caribbean, by Klaus Badelt

Video game musics (a brief selection)

Regular battle music, throughout Final Fantasy

Battle Scene B, aka Battle In the Afterlife (my title), the final boss music from Final Fantasy II.

This is the Last Battle, aka Battle against the Darkness (my title), Final Fantasy III.

Last Battle, aka Zeromus (Black Mages title) or Hatred Incarnate (my title), Final Fantasy IV.

Clash on the Big Bridge, Final Fantasy V. (Love the FFXII version too)

Dancing Mad, Final Fantasy VI.

J-E-N-O-V-A, The Birth of God and One-Winged Angel, Final Fantasy VII (particularly Advent Children versions, where possible).

Premonition, The Castle, Maybe I'm a Lion and The Extreme, aka, Battle to the end of Time (my title), Final Fantasy VIII.

Immoral Melody, You're Not Alone!, Dark Messenger and The Last Battle, aka Necron's Pathos (my title), Final Fantasy IX.

Otherworld, Challenge and Seymour Battle from Final Fantasy X.

Metal Gear Solid theme, from the Metal Gear Solid series.

Snake Eater and Life's End from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

The First/Second/Third Malformations of "G", Resdent Evil 2

Alexia Battle 1 and 2, Resident Evil: Code Veronica

Forze del Male, Kingdom Hearts I

The 13th Struggle, Kingdom Hearts II.

Ozar Madrisham aka Soul Reaver theme, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver and Legacy of Kain: Defiance

Whew!

I also like "Born Too Slow" by The Crystal Method. I loved that song as soon as I heard it in Need For Speed Underground. :)

Redial, Foehn, Zip and Supplement are a few faves of mine from Bomberman Hero. I do like a lot of the music in that game, I just haven't downloaded it all yet. And when I do, it'll all be going on my MP3 player.
