Nope. They are languages, just formal as opposed to natural languages. They are defined by a grammar, and as such have a vocabulary, syntax and semantic implications. Speaking them however wouldn't be practical despite their unambiguous nature.

English Spanish, French, Mandarin, some Hindi Korean Tagalog Japanese and starting to learn Vietnamese!
