fictional characters are not real, so only very few details are told to you about them, so in ur head u kind of make up the rest, and make it how u like it.

Yeah thats what I did with Buffy. I saw myself as the character Spike and his stuggle to gain Buffy's love. And Buffy just represented any unobtainable women for me. It was not so much any detail about her I liked. She is not even the idealized form of a women I have in my mind anyway.
