Star Wars: I really love Sam Witwer's performance as Darth Maul in "The Clone Wars" and "Rebels." He packs a lot of character into it: ruthlessness, but also intelligence and a touch of world-weary integrity.

I have some of the Doctor Who audio dramas from Big Finish (not many, as collecting them's an expensive hobby). Many of the actors from 20th-century Doctor Who have now played their characters far more often as voice actors than they ever did on screen! Stand-outs for me are Colin Baker (6th Doctor) and Niccola Bryant (Peri), who had a brief and badly mismanaged TV run together. Given better scripts to work with, both actors have put in some stunning voice performances.
