How well can you do on the test?

I got 9 out of 16 correct, but then again, I don't read other peoples faces. I just went off of who looks scariest, or reminded me of people I don't like which a few of them did.

I got 22/32 correct. I judged all but one of the criminals correctly, but misidentified a number of the non-criminals.

I wonder which category people would place my face in.

How do you people actually get on that site?

I can get onto Psychology Today, but the link that gives the answers doesn't work for me. I've tried searching for it on other sites, but no luck so far.

I chose 1,6,7,8,9,11,12,10, 29, 32
After this I found it more diffcult and went with 18, 15, 30, 19, 5, 2.
As for rapists I chose 6 and 18.

I did really badly.
3/16 were correct
Meaning, 13/16 were misjudged.
I didn't correctly identify any convicted rapists.

I wonder if it is because I am mostly N.T and more prone to making assumptions?

I gave up on even trying to really do the test after I started writing down the numbers of the ones that looked like they could be criminals and realized I was pretty much picking everyone. They all look like they could be criminals to me.

I bet they all ARE criminals, but half of them were unlucky.

Uggghh, Kanazawa is such a hack! How anybody ever saw fit to dignify the mental vomit he calls ideas with a payed gig absolutely boggles my mind.

Let me hazard a guess here: he's using the mugshots of the convicts and comparing them with selfies, family photos, etc. of the other guys. We've all seen a police mugshot and we can subconsciously recognize the lighting and typically dour expressions, which usually differ markedly from the circumstances that we take "good" pictures of ourselves under, therefore our minds are making the familiar association with criminals based on these factors. He's done; what the test is trying to prove (that the facial characteristics say something about a person's criminal past/disposition to crime) has nothing to do with the association our brains are making.

Will post again tomorrow about the most vile premise in the whole article, which I didn't even get to. I'm not done with this guy yet...
