What is the numerical value - to fifteen decimal places - of the circumference of a circle to its diameter?

Please refer to 1st Kings 7:23 & 7:26, and 2nd Chronicles 4:2-5.

(BTW: This numerical value is named "Pi".)

Obviously the construction crew at the First Temple used very crude measuring devices.

pi = 3 gives a lopsided round shape which is clearly not a circle.
