Same here but I still feel embarrassment, quilt & like a freaking idiot but instead of dwelling on that now I try to focus on what I learned, how I change & how I can grow more.

Looking back, I have had conversations with some really intelligent and funny and articulate people.

I came here needing someone to talk to, and have found people with a lot of the same social difficulty as myself, and that helps so much.
