I have a meeting tomorrow with the head woman at my work (university cook) and I am terrified. She is a big woman both literaly and metaphoricly. She is not an easy person to talk to and approch any advice from you aspies at dealing with the meeting? any advive from NTs has not helped at all. Thanks.

One thing I do if I'm meeting with someone who intimidates me at work is keep this in mind: "It's all a game.. Figure out the rules, play by them."

Someone who is intimidating is just really, really good at said game, and doesn't have enough courtesy to be a good winner.
