I actually come to Wrong Planet to get away from News Articles on controversial subjects like politics and the angry, critical opinions of anonymous haters. There are so many other sites that cater to that sort of thing. It would be nice to have one friendly place on the Internet where things remained relatively neutral and free of anxiety-inducing controversy.

You know, John Boehner is an idiot. He is basically saying, "Oh, the GOP has been cruel to women so now we'll try to be "better" whatever that means." That's crazy. The GOP and the Democrat party treat women the same way -- i.e. they don't care. This is politics, people.

I wish both parties were wiped off the planet and that people were no longer elected but picked randomly from the phone book. At least then we'd lower the incidence of NPD in both parties.

I'd love to be a senator. I'd kick ass as only as ASD can.

Boehner's full of crap. The GOP is already sensitive to women...it's the Democrat party that needs to be more sensitive.

Ugh...I don't want to get into a debate about this...
