Move abroad - autism?

I live in Sweden but I really want to move to England!
The problem is that I don't know how.
I suffer from a lot of anxiety (I have social phobia), and I have Asperger's Syndrome.
I'm 17 years old, and would love to move when I'm 18 or 19.
Are there any support opportunities for autistic people who want to move abroad?

I wonder, is it possible to move to a residential care home in a different country - like England - if you don't have a job?

In a word, no.

Not unless you are already in residential care in Sweden, in which case you might be able to make a transfer. Not sure how you'd go about that, though.

Well, who wouldn't want to move to England, what with it being the greatest country in the history of the world?

I can't tell if you're being serious, but either way, living abroad can be a fantastic experience. I managed a few years in Japan by being an exchange student and by teaching English. I found a program, applied, was accepted, and everything else was sorted by the people in charge. There may be similar opportunities between Sweden and England. Good luck.
