This is a song by a swedish rapper that got his ADHD diagnosis as an adult. It´s about his life with ADHD but I see a lot of parallels to autism as well. It begins: ”I was thinking that I would try to explain myself to myself,
so that I can finally understand myself”
And the refrain goes (my translation): ”I never let my senses rest
They meet life open and sensitives
I can feel with a finger how the wind turns
Forces you never feel!"

It would be fun to see more videos on the same theme.

I can only think of two songs about neurodevelopmental disorders, namely Tourettes by Nirvana (whom I was never liked that much) and Symphony of Tourettes by the Manic Street Preachers (whom I never liked either).

I suppose Tourette's is more visible and easier to understand than ADHD or AS, which probably makes it a more popular choice of subject for songwriters.

I posted this one in a different thread not that long ago, but "Issues" by James Durbin is a pretty good song, and Durbin himself is autistic and has tourette's. Though I feel like the song would be better if he hadn't had any co-writers on it.
