I would think so but I don't know if there are any studies or whatever that back that up. I know it certainly helped me stop drinking.

I expect I'd drink less if I could easily vape weed.

I have often heard that meth use went up in Austin whenever there was a shortage of weed.

Maybe slightly less, everyone pretty much has decided what they like.
But I don't know how many pot users out there drink just because they want a buzz and can't obtain any weed.

Not sure, If it would reduce alcohol consumption it would depend on how many people drink as an alternative to cannabis when they can't get it.
