am I being paranoid?

so,a problem I have with my best female friend,
is I think she's ''hate''me,and that she thinks Im
stupid and annoying,she's probaly doesn't.
but I keep worrying about,I think she's mad
at me,but Im not sure.I like her,I really don't
want to lose her,Im tired of ladies leaving me.

I had this problem with my ex gf before.
am I just paranoid?

She needs a reason to be mad at you. If she's a close friend, she's likely not easily annoyed by you. It sounds like straight up paranoia to me, and you should nip it in the bud right now because it seems like you're winding yourself up, and you may end up causing an actual problem that way.

Do what I do sometimes. Tell her that you know that you annoy people sometimes and when you annoy her, would she please tell you and tell you what you are doing that's annoying so you can stop. Also, tell her that sometimes you worry about people being mad at you so ask her if she would promise to tell you when she's mad at you and what she's mad at you about and give you a chance to apologize and fix it.

Then, trust her to do those things. That's the hard part, letting go of worry and not asking them every hour "Are you mad at me?"
