on week days it's normally 11:30 pm.
weekends it's normally 2:30 AM

Not too good is it IrishEyes? Not being able to sleep and that?

I had too much to drink last night (again, so sorry about my some of my latter posts!) and I'm back up again now. Many times I have stopped up all night browsing WrongPlanet but these days I do go to sleep eventually.

I remember the many times I used to stop up until 8am in the morning with coffee watching Hong Kong films. Then I began to get a bit of a life, so I stopped doing it.

Got up at about 4:30am and have been up ever since, though I am often up until 2-3am in the morning. Been to the pub for a few pints but didn't stop long as I didn't feel in the mood. Back here now, waiting for my té. I'm a little tired, but I'll go to sleep in a couple of hours - not too early else I'll be up all night! :)

How are you getting on at the moment? Tired at all?

I am not tired at all, it is quite strange how late I can stay up and not feel tired. I don't drink any coffee or watch any films, I lie in my bed and hope I fall asleep eventually. My bed time is set for 11pm but I don't get to sleep until 2-3am every night. I think there has to be a link with AS and sleep problems :?

I will not be on late tonight, as I have to be up at 7am.
