Definitely. It isn't normal. Maybe not just one thing but a whole life that sucks.

Beats me, bro. On the few occasions when I've gotten to know such people a bit, it does turn out that they have had some pretty harsh life experiences along the way. That helps me not take their negative energy too personally.

There are all kinds of reasons, theories and scientific studies about why some people are like that. Such as they grew up in an abusive household, or have mental health issues, hormones, stuff that just goes on forever and is always changing. I once knew a guy who had been moved into the group home I used to live in, who had an explosive temper and little things would set him off, and I was told it was because of a head injury and he couldn't control it. I really did not feel safe around him and he was soon moved somewhere else. Of course I feel like the biggest hypocrite when I say that because before my diagnosis with Asperger's I supposedly only had outbursts because I was "behaviorally dysfunctional" and it was my mother's fault. :(

I get angry often but I don't know why.
I think it's just that my mood changes rapidly.

I stayed with a family when I was a child where the only type of communication seemed to be that of hatred. There was so much anger and bitterness and bullying and violence.

I don't know how they had the nerve to call themselves a family. I think they are not rational people, so they are best left to get on with it.

I didn't stay there long.
