What sickens me is that the money spent on hourly wages for such 'legislators' when they do things like this and the ink it cost to print not only the legislation but articles about it, that money could have saved untold starving children in third world nations. Let alone the trees chopped down to print such drivel - if it actually saw live print - someone must have really personally hated them for reasons I couldn't begin to understand. Solipsism's really getting off the chain out there.
