1.} Seattle
Reason: It's not as densely compacted as say...Portland, and it has better infrastructure than Portland. Also, it's closer to major highways than Portland.
2.} New York City
Reason: Similar reason as that for Seattle. Even though NYC is densely compacted, it has good infrastructure to host a Summer Olympics. Besides, revenue from tourism will increase even more if NYC decides to pursue a bid for a Summer Olympics.

I would like to see the following happen.
Seattle-Vancouver co-host. It would make it the first time that two countries host the same Olympic games, and it could potentially make Vancouver the first to host the winter and summer games (albeit, a co-host for the Summer games).

Las Vegas : Other than maybe needing few more facilities to hold actual sporting events at, the city is already equipped to handle the flow of people in and out, and for temporarily residing during the olympics. It may only have one major interstate(15) and one mediocre highway(95) running through it. This would also give a boost to the economy through tourism that relies on it whereas most other places get the tourism in addition to what is locally there.
