How important do you consider exercising daily to be?

I choose the actor. I observe NT's. I listen to their socializing. I practice it, so in social situations I can just emulate/mimic what is expected.
It isn't natural for me, but it enables me to "fit in".
It is VERY tiring and draining, but at least we can appear like them even though it is an act. Like being on the stage.
They can't see it is emulation, and so we are accepted.

"Not at all important" should have been a POLL option, and not the title.
I can't seem to be able to edit it to put it right.

[Mod. edit: fixed that for you! ]

I do think exercise is important even if it's simple easy stuff but I was told in PE class that it's better to exercise on alternating days instead of everyday so your body can get rest after & recoup.

I think it's moderately important. It's very good for you, but you'll be okay without if you're not cramming yourself full of junk.

It's important to get daily exercise whenever practical. It's just a matter of finding something you enjoy so that way you look forward to it.

I find it very important. Ever since I started exercising daily I've been feeling a lot better. As an added bonus you can eat a lot more without gaining weight. :D

I want to eat more because exercising makes me hungrier so I don't lose weight that easily.

It's not important to me. I'm still young so I want to enjoy my cravings while it lasts. To me, life is too short to worry over stuff like that all the time. Why not worry when the time comes?

AW! That was jolly kind of you whoever you are.

I clicked on very important.

I do an hour walking every day, 3 hours on a Sunday and I go running on a Friday evening. I also cycle, and do weights.

I'm soon going to buy myself a punch bag, but I'm not sure where I can put it amidst everything else I've got.

Let me tote this up: I walk a mile or so to the pub every day, and lift 12 ounce or sometimes 16 ounce weights until they are very light indeed, and repeat as necessary.
