Mania isn't technically psychosis, but not to say the two don't go together sometimes.

Even though I am way more depressive than manic.

Delusional... Split personalitys... Halucinations...
They're more common in Aspies, but there are still some who only have it mildly or even not at all.
In this case it seems quite severe, it's really got to be getting in the way...

I have high functioning autism and schizoaffective disorder. Schizoaffective is basically schizophrenia and depression/bipolar in one disorder. Has anyone been diagnosed with schizophrenia along with the autism? I know it can't happen in Asperger's Syndrome though. I know that psychosis is not a symptom of Asperger's but I believe it is common with it. According to the delusion poll most people who have autism/ Asperger's suffer from delusions. If you have delusions or hallucinations, you are psychotic. That is the definition of psychosis. It seems that a lot of you that responded so far had experience with psychosis.

Does it count if people tell me I should listen to the voices that tell me to kill the grocer?
