Aspie social club for Liverpool area

Hi there I am thinking about putting together a social club for aspies in the Liverpool and merseyside area. I know the national autistic society advertise similar groups on their website but the nearest one to Liverpool is Manchester.

I'm thinking it could lead to day trips , Christmas parties, singles nights charity days and the likes.

My plan is to arrange a meeting at a convenient venue to pool our thoughts then take it from there.

Come one guys why should we have to put up with the nights out our NT associates provide or just "hang out on line" I'm sure we could do better.

Any one up for this? Let me know possible venues and dates. Personally I think the lady of Mann pub off dale street is an ideal venue for our first meeting. A date? As soon as we can organise something really.
