The opening to Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame

This is the best opening of any Disney feature animated canon film! What's really cool is that the opening theme starts even before the white castle on the blue background that appears at the beginning of Disney animated features. The normal fairy tale theme that plays as the castle is drawn is dispensed in favor of bells and chanting, plainly setting the dark and heavy atmosphere of the movie!

Another Hunchback fan! (that makes me happy... As no one seems to remember the movie). Anyway, I think the intro's great, but I think the best part of the movie is the Hellfire song and Frollo's death... This is largely due to my everlasting love for Tony Jay, the voice of Frollo himself.

An amazing opening to an amazing film! Helllfire is the best song in the movie, but The Bells of Notre Dame is a close second!

I love Hellfire. It is a brilliant, very atmospheric song.
