I have or have had the following phobias:

Acrophobia - heights
Dromophobia - crossing the street
Aerophobia - flying
Agoraphobia - open places
Cynophobia - dogs
Emetophobia - vomiting
Ergophobia - work
Gephyrophobia - bridges
Mysophobia - germs
Nosophobia - disease
Phagophobia - swallowing
Radiophobia - radiation
Toxiphobia - poisoning

And then there's pedophobia and ephebiphobia and Ameriphobia, but those are considered prejudices more than true phobias. I don't know why fears of certain animals are supposed to be true phobias then, since most dogs, cats, spiders, etc. are not dangerous or unfriendly.
