feel the same way you did 3 days ago...

Also, I have a guide called "Care and Feeding of Your Aspie"... it is a practical guide to dealing with autistic spectrum disorders... it can be found HERE

Doesn't that guide apply mostly to Asperger syndrome though? I would have thought full-blown autism would need a very different coping mechanism? Or is this type of thinking "racist" against non-AS autism individuals?

It's not racist, but a misconception... Asperger's syndrome and Autism have recently, under the new DSM, been lumped into the classification of autistic spectrum disorders. According to current wisdom, the underlying mechanisms for both are the same... While I write under the title of Asperger's, I make it a point to address autistic spectrum disorders on the whole.
