Detroit Metropolitan. But I wouldn't really called it one of the worlds worst airports in most aspects.

There is a half mile long underground tunnel connecting terminals A and B that has tons of bright flashing and moving colored lights being projected onto the curved walls and ceiling accompanied by extremely loud and weird music. I had to close my eyes and have my dad lead me through it so I wouldn't have a complete sensory overload that would turn into a severe shut down, a panic attack, or both. As it was, I just had a regular shut down from the loud music.
