Well there are quite a few in my collection. Ones I would definitely recommend are:

A Tale of Two Sisters
Shaolin Soccer

Pan's labyrinth
City of God

and one that I suspect would be on my list' but I still haven't got around to watching yet: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter... And Spring.
