Adult Diagnosis without parents?
Hi. Everyone. I think this is my first post.
My parents are no longer living. I'm the age where anyone who knew me as a child and is still living would have also been a small child at the time.
Does that mean it is impossible for me to get a diagnosis?
If it matters, I'm in the USA
Not really an answer but I never got a straight answer to that question. What I gather is that it is possible in rare circumstances but costs a lot more time and money. These "experts" never seem to realize my parents might go into massive denial about my issues for self-preservation and their testimony is even less reliable than my memories especially since I remember almost everything.
