I was diagnosed with ASD at age 24. My parents were physically abusive to me until I was 17. One day I just stood up to my dad and said "not anymore." Then things changed. Suddenly, they wanted me out of the house as soon as I was 18. I spent many years of my life feeling the secret of my parents heinous acts would always haunt me, until I called Child Protective Services in January of 2012.

I am not in contact with any of my 5 siblings. The oldest sides with my parents in terms of right wing extremism.

I laid out what my parents did to me as a child with Aspergers to Child Protective Services, and have no clue how my younger siblings are doing. My parents completely cut me off. I am worried sick about my brothers and sisters.

Is there any way to find out how they are doing?

Do you have any contact with extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins)?

Can you try facebook, twitter, etc?

I am unable to make Facebook contact. My siblings won't friend me so I cannot speak to them.

EDIT: I am friends with some cousins but I doubt they'd be able to assist.

I don't know if my siblings have been put in foster homes or something. I've tirelessly searched Facebook for information on my brothers and sisters but to no avail. In a rare recent email my dad thanked me for sending my mom flowers on Mother's Day. I did it for me, not her.

Do you have money for a lawyer?
Maybe a pro bono one if not.
