Quite the opposite, I have a heck of a time convincing some people that I'm really as disabled as I am. Apparently I'm disabled enough for the federal government but not enough for some random people on the phone.

I do not reject the label, but I wholeheartedly reject the notion that disabled people are worth less than anyone else.

it could be a disability in the context of today's society where social interaction is so important.

at least if you define disability as unable to function as society requires you to.
