Specialisterne is an international nonprofit which has the singular goal of enabling 1 million jobs for people on spectrum. DO check them out! I conducted an interview on national radio regarding my experiences with Specialisterne and SAP.
On a more local level, Focus Professional Services is a consulting organization based in Vancouver, Canada that attempts to hire people on the spectrum to act as IT consultants. They're a very new organization.
For those of us in Vancouver, there is an Aspies Meetup group; pm me if you're interested. I look forward to seeing anyone in Vancouver either in person or in a larger gathering!

Thanks.

Join a volunteer organization, especially one related to directly helping people or animals. I am in one and it is LOADED with late teen/early 20s girls and they are high caliber too. I'm kicking myself for not joining years earlier.
That's good advice. I 2nd this.
It also depends on what type of women you are looking for. If you are looking for healthy women go to the gym. If you are looking for gamer types than join a gaming club if there's one in your area.
I wouldn't recommend a bar, unless your personality & social skills are up to par. The competition there is fierce and the environment is very fast paced.
I guess the only dealbreaker is prior sexual experience of any kind.. I just can't reconcile that. I have a few other, malleable preferences in mind but currently I see no benefit of further limiting the scope, given my lack of options. Besides, I'd need some experience in relationships to even be able to know further.
