You hate the human race and wonder why space aliens don't just show up and kill everyone. And then you remember that they don't have to, humans are doing a great job all by themselves.

Also if there is intelligent live out there in space, the surest sign it exists is that it's never tried to contact humans on Earth.

You might be an Aspie if you prefer cynicism over optimism.

I used to be scared of my librarian at school.

:?:

The opposite of optimism is pessimism.

The opposite of cynicism is idealism.

You keep going to the supermarket on Saturdays even a decade after you lost your job, and the janitor tells you that he could set his clock after you.

If you tend to use phrases or expressions from films or TV shows in regular dialogue with people.

You might be an Aspie if you have an interest in a subject others may not approve of.

(Example: For many years, learning new languages have always been an interest of mine, but whenever I engage in this, I use the app Duolingo, but sometimes this is difficult to do in part because of the app sometimes doesn't work properly.)

Why would people disapprove of that?

Why settle for that? Why not go first class?

That Hurricane only killed six or eight hundred Americans.

Why not travel to Galveston Texas in 1900, and watch eight thousand Americans die in the worst Hurricane in our history? :D

My bigoted paternal uncles have said to me over the years that my Spanish is good and that I don't need to use anything to improve my Spanish. Spanish is my minor with English still being my major at my school.

The reason I chose that hurricane is because it was the most powerful to hit the place I live and grew up in.

If you didn't know that asking questions for someone to know how to accommodate them better, implies that you want something from them and it also meant indirectly asking them to get something for you too if they comply this implicit demand.

There's an extreme cold warning of about -25 to -35 but you've already been outside in your PJs, sandals, and no coat.

One of these days you might develop temperature receptors in your skin.

Or maybe not.
