its only in relation to aspies as they didnt study any LFA autists.
its more common for those of us on the spectrum with intelectual disability to develop dementia,and for those with down syndrome on top the odds are a lot higher for early onset alzheimers.

Knew it is more common for people with Downs. Have not heard before that dementia rate is higher for LFA. Since Autism related diagnoses have changed from 50 years ago, is hard to understand how we could separate Aspergers and autism and say we know dementia rate is high for LFA, LFA was different then, autism was different, I hope this is a result of needing more study.

I would like to think that horrible disease will never strike you, KoR!
