Sometimes, when I'm walking or standing or even sitting, I get leg spasms. What should I do?

Could be a potassium deficiency.

Or magnesium.

I've been taking 200 mg of magnesium a day for anxiety for about a year now and both my anxiety and leg spasms have largely disappeared.
