sometime between 12 and 13...the weather was temperate and I think it was spring rather than autumn... I wish this were a poll.

I was 13 years and 10 months. Before that I was average height and skinny, soon I became tall and chubby.

I was 12 at the time, and it was in the spring of 6th grade. The only thing is that I was lucky I had worn dark pants that day since I didn't notice it until I had gotten home from school. My mom eventually got me my own pads, and when I was in high school and started using her tampons, she noticed that and got me my own box.

I was 9 and a few months before my birthday. I was very much a child and wasn't ready. Starting puberty early made it even harder for me to fit in with my peers.

Since you are in the UK, I would assume that was year 6 so you were 10-11?

Almost 18 and even then I still freaked out and thought I was dying. I had sex ed I guess maybe I didn't understand it until I actually got it.

I was in 5th grade when I first got it so when I was about 11. I had gotten it before most of the girls in my class, I had spent an extra year in preschool.

13th birthday.

It was not a great experience or time for me but that was not entirely due to what was biologically going on with me.
