I haven't used a public toilet since I was a kid I think. Unless you count the ones at school / college. I'm never out long enough to need to and I'd only use a public toilet if I was desperate I think lol

my son who has Asperger's hardly ever flushes the toilet because he says it's too loud.

I used to have a problem with that too, and flush with my elbow and my hands over my ears, before rushing out the room. Lol. Now I only say I need the toilet if I intend on going, and I only go to public toilets if I am desperate.
