I believe that this is my second life here on Earth. I was around before in part of the 40s, the 50s and the 60s. I was also male. The last years of my past life were in Swinging London. I also went to Woodstock, got mixed in with the wrong crowd and ODd on drugs because I never did drugs before. I came back in my present life as I was in my past life. The only difference is that I was born in Western Canada instead of London, England this time. I hope I don't screw up in this lifetime. I can't imagine a third life as a Kinks Fan Mod on Earth after the rise of the sea levels.

There is no such thing as reincarnation.

It's hocus pocus magic pixie dust faerie beliefs. The same with all beliefs.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Journey-Souls-S ... 1567184855

I found this book really interesting. The author is a professional hypnotherapist who specialises in past life regression. He found many of his patients regression memories of what happens to our soul between lives to be very similar. I've read several of his books now and would recommend to anyone interested in this topic.

I read both of his books, and I am frustrated that I am not hypnotizable nor do I live within a day's travel distance from a hypnotic regression therapist.

This makes me wonder if my burdensome presence could be punishment for some immediate family member's past life.

I tend to assume I am the problem! Although that is burdensome in itself. Must ponder.

Hrmph, now I really want to listen to Metropolis, Part II: Scenes From a Memory. It's a concept album by Dream Theater about a man who does regression therapy.

/goes to do so

It's possible to train your brain to succumb to hypnosis more easily. You do this by self hypnosis and also meditation helps. Self hypnosis CDs are available on ebay. Past life regression was one of my special interests a few years ago :)

meditation never worked for me because I am too distractable and also because of chronic pain.
