I think you might benefit from learning to do the boring things like cleaning the bathroom as quickly as possible in a sequence that is routine, so your mind can have more time to focus on single topics that you are interested in and less time spent on activities to tire you out.
How to do this probably requires someone to help you plan the routine sequence, then you can practice doing it until you are good at it.
I think that doing things slowly and spending a lot of time planning and switching are not good when your brain is not good at those.
