This video (LINK), filmed in 2011 at the TEDglobal conference in Edinburgh, Scotland, is about lying: who lies, why liars lie, how lying affects our culture, and more.

It is only 20 minutes long, but worth an hour. :)

Also, I need to say that although the title of the talk is "How To Spot a Liar," this is NOT A HOW-TO VIDEO.

EDIT: This gives a totally "NT" perspective. I edited to clarify why I posted it in the "general autism discussion forum" :)

It's a good video. Have seen this one before. I do think however it puts too much of a positive spin on the NT modes of deception.
