Going Green - Good Alternatives:
- Avoid eating a lot of bread.
- Avoid things with a lot of sugar.
- Avoid eating a lot of bread. If you don't like whole grain bread, then switch to Pita Bread, makes wraps instead, doesn't have the be fancy, just a put what you would normally put on a sandwich.
- Eat at home or take a lunch, instead of going out, especially to fast-food places.
- Drink more water, instead of juice, soda, especially things with a lot of sugar.
- Buy a water cooler, instead of buying bottled water. You get more water for less.
- Use paper cups instead of plastic or Styrofoam.
- Be exposed to the sun, the more the better. Sunlight and water adds 20 years to your life.
- Exercise at home, instead of going to the gym. Do push-ups, leg stretches, etc.

Alternative Replacements:
Baking Soda - Replaces: Shampoo, Tooth Paste
Coconut Oil - Replace: Bacon Fat, Body Moisturizer/Cream, Healthy To Eat, Much More!
Dish Detergent - Replaces: Toilet Cleaner, and other cleaners.
