Why did Big Boss's face look so different in peacewalker compared to how he looked in snake eater.

It's like there completely different people. Any of u care to share your opinions on this?

Aging. That's really the only explanation afik. There's roughly 10 years between the 2 games iirc, so Snake/Big Boss would look older....but we're talking Metal Gear here, so it could just be typical Kojima randomness

I don't know; I recognize the same character in each.

I'd hazard that it's a combination of a decade's worth of aging in-universe, and out-of-universe half-a-decade's difference in rendering technology (the PW pic is also hi-res, out-of-game render).

People don't age that much in 10 years

Big Boss faced harsh surroundings, capture, torture and the devastation of betrayal, that can really age someone faster than average, he wasn't living a pampered lifestyle.
