Hate to say it, but he's right. It's like worrying about your post count or rep points on a forum; it's not really important. I tried out Facebook only once about five years ago and soon quit. When I think of Facebook, I see several million faces behind computers and phones, many of whom do not crave communication so much as attention, and are only giving it to others so they will get it back in return.
