I don't ride much in the winter. Whenever it gets cold I remove the power pack from the bike and take it indoors.

I wish I had been warned to do that with mine, it was about a thou down the drain. couldn't afford to replace them so the bike went to my brother who could afford to replace 'em.

I just ordered a doll of Rainbow Brite from Amazon. These dolls are really hard to find (and expensive!), but I had extra money this month so what the heck? :D Besides, I had already bought a doll of Rainbow's rival, Stormy, at the Hallmark store in Halifax last month.

I also ordered a doughnut baking pan on Amazon. I couldn't find any in the stores around here. It's supposed to arrive on Monday. I bought it so I can try out the recipe for savory macaroni and cheese doughnuts I saw on Wikihow. :chef:

I have just right now bought a tape dispenser gun for 2" packing tape. I bought it on Amazon because I can't find one in a regular bricks-and-mortar store here for love nor money.

Why is it that you can't buy a large packing tape dispenser in UK supermarkets or other ordinary places? :x

Even my local Tesco is actually a "superstore" with a range of goods, everything from basic DIY stuff, nuts and bolts, superglue, rolls of TAPE -- but doesn't have tape guns. They sell the packing tape -- but they don't sell the tape guns. WTF?

I don't think I've even seen one in home improvements stores like Homebase or B & Q, the equivalent of Home Depot.

I have never seen a tape gun in a regular store in England. Back in the States you can pick up these things everywhere for just a few dollars.

A dress, a skirt, and a long sleeve top from a website I like that was having a clearance sale today.

Before that, it was a Doctor Who special on Blu-Ray (The Husbands of River Song, for the record  ), some Sharpies, and claw covers for my cats from Amazon on Prime Day.

relatively cheap (25$) earbuds for work.
we are only allowed to have one earbud in at a time so it's not like it really matters about the quality anyways.
i just wanted slightly better than real cheapies since those break too fast. hopefully these ones will hold out for longer!

I helped my mom order a stuffed black bear. To keep my son and his little polar bear company.
